I sendiri selalu rasa macamni, even until now tau! Tapi kan, here's what I found out.

 

Creativity is a skill, not a talent. Of course kalau you ada natural talent in something, it becomes easier to build that skill.

 

Tapi, tu tak bermaksud kalau you takde natural talent tu, you tak boleh jadi creative.

Dream Big Beyond The Limit

Here's why I stop planning for a year.

 

I've been doing goal setting for longer than I can remember, but over time, I think the whole point of view changed, and here's why.

 

Bila I buat planning for future, I always focus on one year span. Dalam masa setahun ada apa, project macam mana nak buat, revenue goals dan sebagainya.

 

But I realized, plan changed alot, atas macam2 sebab. So currently I  rasa this is the best way yang I follow.

 

I set a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (Goal yang rasa impossible), then I create a more practical one year goal, then I list down my quarterly goal.

 

Working in small chunks (quarterly) keep me focus sebab I don't know what's gonna change in the next quarter. 

 

But at the same time, I keep my BHAG as close to me, supaya I remember when I wanna go.
